Lair of Grievous was originally released on December 12, 2008. It was written by Henry Gilroy and directed by Atsushi Takeuchi. All the wonderful music you heard during this podcast came from this very episode of The Clone Wars, as composed by the amazingly talented Kevin Kiner.
