Three seasons in the books, and now, at long last, we begin season four. This is a fantastic season of The Clone Wars-not to take anything away from the first three seasons, which were wonderful. Season Four, though, is where things really begin to take that final turn that will lead us to the end of the Clone Wars conflict, the fall of the Jedi, and the dark fate of Anakin Skywalker.
We begin on Mon Cala, with an arc that resonates throughout the Star Wars canon. How, you may wonder? Click play and listen, as Mathew and Scott chat about the first episode of season four in their chronological re-watch, Water War.
Water War was originally released on September 16, 2011. It was written by Jose Molina and directed by Duwayne Dunham. All the wonderful music you heard during this podcast came from this very episode of The Clone Wars, as composed by the amazingly talented Kevin Kiner.
We at Fables of the Force do not own any of-and are in no way affiliated with-Lucasfilm, Star Wars, including any of its brands or licenses. This podcast and its hosts express views held solely by this podcast and its hosts and guests. This podcast is for entertainment purposes only and is made with love and respect for Star Wars, the huge team of devoted fans currently creating new Star Wars for us, and of course, for the Maker himself, George Lucas.
We love to talk about anything and everything Star Wars, so make sure to leave us a comment or question below. Thanks for listening and as always, may the Force be with you.
